Early in April our sump pump failed and water started backing up in our finished basement. I called a plumber and my insurance agent as water continued to build up in our basement. Then I called SERVPRO, based on my wife's recommendation. They came out very quickly (they even beat the plumber out whom I had called first).
Devon and his colleague worked very efficiently to install a temporary sump pump, drain the 4 inches of water, and begin the restoration process. They did not leave until 6 hours later making sure we were taken care of.

In March a huge tree fell on my home. I was not sure what to do, it was after hours, I was being told to leave my home and it was overwhelming. I called SERVPRO and the Team was on the job right away. The tree fell due to a large wind storm, so there were losses everywhere. The next day I went to survey the damage and SERVPRO already had a team working on my home, my neighbors were shocked that I found someone to come out so quickly. It has been three months of repairs but SERVPRO has been by my side the entire time, from tree removal to cleaning my home. I hope I never suffer damage to my home again, but if I do I know who my first call will be to, SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle.

I had water damage in my basement from the hurricane. The crew came out moved all my contents from my wet basement, helped put the wet contents into dry tubs and sucked up all the water and dried my carpet. They actually saved my furniture, carpet and contents. Without the expedited service and knowledgeable crew, this could have resulted in a loss of valuable items and lots of money. Thanks to everyone who helped and were so kind.
