Walter, Amadeus, and Chris were great. Walter, the assigned PM, did a fantastic thorough explanation of what they would do and to when it would be started. Gave me the day to expect the mitigation team which showed up at the time provided. Mitigation team doing the removal and clean up worked nonstop. All damaged areas where removed and cleaned.

Arrived promptly on time, very thorough with inspection of job that needed to be done in understairs craw space water damage, mold on plywood. They immediately put in dehumidifiers dried out crawl space and garage. Three days later ripped out affected areas placed all stuff in plastic bags to be despised, wore ppe suits masks sprayed micro bacterial so no more mold would grow, wiped down everything vacuumed up everything. Said they would be back to finish job. Two guys were Walter Fernandez who was very intelligent about the job and work performed, took pictures of every step, explained everything thing, documented everything, very personable, great guy. His partner Kyle same way, very personable and worked well together. Walter taped up opened section and took stilled photos for the file. Waiting on company and Erie insurance to work everything out. Very happy with work. Professional.
Beyond impressed! Unbelievable! The engine cracked in 3 pieces in our dishwasher and we ran it 2 times not knowing till my wife noticed bubbled paint in the basement. Servpro came to the rescue. I can not give a higher recommendation.
