We have had two big, difficult clean-ups this year. The kind where you need to clean every square inch of surface in rooms from the floor to the ceiling. SERVPRO scoped the work, consulted expertise, quoted a fair price, brought the right equipment, used the right cleaning supplies, sent A-teams, got the jobs done, and redid a couple of things after inspection. On both occasions, I was happy to sign off and pay. It's like our two disasters never occurred.
