Kim is a Production Manager at Team May. Kim has been with us for 13 years and her strengths are fire remediation and helping clients navigate the cleaning process after a loss. She is excellent with water and mold as well, and can handle any size loss we encounter. Kim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Trauma and Crime Scene Technician.

Susan Miller
Susan Miller is the Office Manager for Team May. She is responsible for managing the Job File Coordinators (JFC) team, overseeing daily office operations, and ensuring job file administration is handled accurately and efficiently. In her role, Sue assists with training, motivating, and guiding the office team while helping maintain smooth communication between customers, the production team, and management. She plays an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience and helping every project run as smoothly as possible.
