What our
customers are saying
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Team Davis has been very communicative, courteous, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, professional. Wayne W., the production manager was more than helpful - he walked me through every stage of mitigation. He assisted with appraisals, and relieved much of the stress I was under. The crew Luis, Ray, Jeremy and Connor have been excellent - carefully packing items, moving furniture, taking down walls, etc. and probably doing more than they were required to do. I hope to leave a similar review for the reconstruction crew that should start soon.
I just bought a new home in Pen Argyl PA, Which unfortunately got flooded out. Kevin from Servpro did a fantastic job coordinating the project, and was very helpful and precise. Davielle who the did the actual job is a perfectionist and did an amazing job! The floor looks flawless! This team deserves 5 stars! Highly recommend Servpro for home renovations!
Servpro of Bethlehem was fantastic. We had a toilet overflow from 2nd floor to basement. They were here instantly to set up dryers and containment. Worked with our schedule in setting up appointments.. Shout out to Will, Ray, Jameen and Jamal for their professional, proficient, friendly ( dog friendly too!) work and knowledge. Highly recommend! Also, cannot forget Janelle and Melissa in the office!!! . Thank you!!
Great job excellent service. Ray and Conner did a great job would highly recommend.
Brian & Steve… 5 Stars!!! Great job done by them.
They came out quickly and provided a free estimate. I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying issues with water problems and what the best course of action is.
Jon came to take a look at our home for an initial estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and he took the time to provide recommendations for improving our air quality and gave very detailed answers to our questions.
Louis and Jamal were professional, fast and friendly. They explained each step of the water remediation process.
