Aneka has been a strong contributor to our team since January 2024, serving as our accountant. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration and brings strong analytical skills and attention to detail to her role. Aneka has a natural talent for working with numbers and plays an important part in keeping our financial operations accurate and organized.

Kailey has been serving as our Job File Coordinator since January 2026. In her role, she helps keep projects organized and running smoothly by managing documentation, job files, and important project details. Kailey works diligently behind the scenes to ensure information is accurate and up to date, helping support both the team and our customers throughout the restoration process. Her organization and attention to detail make her an important part of our operations.

Josh has been a dedicated member of our team since February 2024 and serves as a Lead Mitigation Technician. He brings years of experience in the industry and is IICRC certified, demonstrating his knowledge and commitment to high professional standards in restoration work. Josh is known for his excellent customer service and dependable work ethic. He approaches every job with professionalism and care, making sure customers feel supported during the mitigation process. As a hardworking and reliable team player, Josh is always willing to step in and help wherever needed, making him an important part of our team.

Justin has been a Lead Mitigation Technician with our team since December 2025 and has a total of three years of experience working with SERVPRO. He is IICRC certified, bringing professional training and industry knowledge to every project he works on. Justin is known for being respectful, dependable, and an excellent communicator. He works closely with both team members and customers to ensure everyone stays informed throughout the restoration process. His leadership, experience, and commitment to quality service make him a strong asset to our team.

Amias has been a Mitigation Technician with our team since December 2025. With a background in construction, he brings valuable hands-on experience and practical knowledge to every job. Amias is a dedicated worker who takes pride in his work and is always ready to step in and help wherever needed. His strong work ethic and willingness to support the team make him a valuable part of our operations.

Sheila has been a valued member of our team since May 2025 and serves as a Lead Technician. She plays an important role in many areas of our operations, handling everything from estimates to mitigation and contents. Her broad skill set and experience allow her to support projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Sheila is known for treating customers with care and respect, always making sure they feel supported throughout the restoration process. She is a strong team player who is always willing to step in and help wherever needed. Her reliability, positive attitude, and dedication to quality work make her an essential part of our team.

Paula has been a key member of our team since December 2024, working as a Cleaning Technician. She has a keen eye for detail and takes great care to treat every home and its belongings with respect. Paula is known for being very thorough in her work and for her kind, friendly approach with customers, helping ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the cleaning process.

Belen has been an integral member of our team since August 2025 as a Cleaning Technician. She plays an important role in managing customers’ contents, carefully handling everything from cleaning items to packing and moving them when needed. Belen takes great pride in her work and is known for being extremely careful with every belonging she handles. She works diligently to ensure that all contents are kept safe, properly organized, and treated with the utmost respect throughout the restoration process.

Bethy has been a Cleaning Technician with our team since July 2025. She is known for being highly organized and efficient in her work, helping ensure each project is completed thoroughly and on time. Bethy takes pride in maintaining clean, orderly spaces and approaches every job with care and professionalism. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail make her an important part of our team.

Vannia has been a trusted member of our team since June 2025, working as a Cleaning Technician. She takes great pride in her work and consistently approaches each job with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Vannia is known for treating every home and every belonging with the utmost respect, ensuring that customers feel comfortable and confident while their property is being cared for. Her friendly attitude and strong work ethic help create a positive experience for our customers. Terrence has been serving as our Construction Manager since November 2025. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University and brings strong organizational and leadership skills to the team. Terrence oversees all reconstruction projects with careful attention to detail, ensuring each job is completed efficiently and to a high standard. He is known for his excellent communication and dedication to customer satisfaction, helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the reconstruction process.

Aline has been serving as our Reconstruction Coordinator since February 2026. She earned her degree from Portland Community College and brings strong organizational and communication skills to her role. Aline helps coordinate reconstruction projects to ensure the process moves smoothly and efficiently for both the team and our customers. She is known for her positive attitude, friendly personality, and dedication to providing excellent support throughout each project. Aline works closely with customers and team members to keep everyone informed and ensure reconstruction projects stay on track.
