Dave Jones brings more than two decades of hands-on leadership in restoration and reconstruction, operating and partnering in multiple SERVPRO franchises across the region. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale restoration, reconstruction, and disaster recovery efforts; building teams focused on operational discipline, rapid response, and consistent execution. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), along with Lead-Based Paint certification. His technical background and field experience support teams handling complex residential and commercial losses. Under Dave’s leadership, each independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise emphasizes accountability, technical excellence, and steady, scalable growth while maintaining high standards during property damage emergencies.

Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer at SERVPRO of Rogers County. He is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, having earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management. Mace is in his 8th year with us, and proves his commitment to his customers every single day. Mace's roots run deep in Oklahoma and loves raising his family here. Mace and his family hail from Rogers County and they continue running their family farm there. Every year Mace puts together the Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament - be sure and ask him about it when you run across him!

Kyle Alexander is Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO of Rogers County. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration. Kyle received his BA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University in 2002. Kyle moved from California to Oklahoma in 2008 and has been a vital part of the SERVPRO team during much of this time. Kyle is experienced in residential & commercial reconstruction as well as remodel projects and will work diligently to complete your job in a timely manner.

Gerald Thomas is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO of Rogers County. Gerald graduated from Alcorn State University and is a retired Army Officer in which 10 of those years were spent as a Corp of Engineer Officer which entailed the management of various construction and reconstruction projects. Gerald has over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing experience. In his new role Gerald will be responsible for the development and growth of the sales team, sales and marketing strategy. He is active in the community and is a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, she spent 15 years as a Finance Manager in the music retail industry, leading financial operations, strengthening controls, and improving profitability. Her background also includes commercial real estate and experience as a loan officer, providing broad expertise in financial analysis, asset management, and lending. As Corporate Controller for Team Jones, she oversees enterprise-wide accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Serving on the executive leadership board, she plays a central role in strategic decision-making, financial governance, and long-term organizational growth.
