    Mike Fellers

    Michael Fellers is the General Manager for our Central Oklahoma City & Moore, Oklahoma locations. He brings a servant minded approach to protecting his community, as he leads our restoration teams to help families and businesses recover from fire, water, and storm damage with speed and care. He exemplifies leadership and compassion throughout the entire project.

    He also serves as a Lieutenant at his local volunteer fire department.

    On the rare occasion that Michael gets downtime, he loves being outside and the open roads, so riding motorcycles and side-by-sides is a treasured pastime!

    Montana Hantes

    Montana leads our Business Development team for our locations in Denton, Texas, Central Oklahoma City, and Moore, Oklahoma. With over 16 years of business development experience, she has spent her career focused on the commercial restoration and reconstruction industry. Her passion is building lasting relationships and her main goal is to provide her clients with the highest level of service through serving as a resource and providing consistent, clear communication.

    When Montana is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and cheering on her two very active sons in their sports. She also loves traveling whenever possible, especially to the beach.

    Lance Harris

    Lance is the Estimator for our offices in Denton, Texas, Central Oklahoma City and Moore, Oklahoma. He is a true team player and is always happy to help with any type of project.

    Lance brings almost 30 years of experience in estimating, including 22 years as an insurance adjuster. He proudly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an A.I.S. (Associate in Insurance Services) designation, and is a Texas All-Lines Licensed Adjuster.

    Outside of the office, Lance loves spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He enjoys grilling out on the back porch and is a diehard fan for all DFW sports!

    Erik Herzog

    Erik Herzog is the Construction Manager for our Central Oklahoma City & Moore, Oklahoma locations.

    With 6 years of construction management experience, Erik brings a passion for helping with any type of construction project. His focus is always on professionalism and empathy, especially when recovering from property damage. His strong partnerships with insurance adjusters creates a teamwork approach to guiding customers through the entire claims process.

    Erik values family above all, and enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, and playing golf.

    Michelle Grass is the heart of our office and proudly wears the title of “Office Mom", also known as Director of Office Administration for Denton, Texas, Central Oklahoma City, & Moore, Oklahoma.

    She keeps us organized, connected, and on track. From HR and payroll to compliance and operations, Michelle works with every department to streamline efficiency. Reliable, supportive, and truly amazing, she’s the one who keeps our team together.

    Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her three beautiful granddaughters and her family. And when the day winds down, she’ll tell you that you can never go wrong with a good glass of wine.

The initial estimate for work was spot on. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. As a matter of fact, the Manager came by because he didn't want me to have standing water any longer than necessary. Now THAT is Customer Service! I won't call anyone else if I need any of their services again.
