Tyler has been helping our household out after the storm damage wiped out the back half of the house. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler, his crew or ServPro’s response.

Steve and crew were great! Professional, thorough, and trustworthy throughout the whole process!

Greg and his partner were super helpful, fast, and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend!

The moment every homeowner dreads happened to us during the recent storms—our basement flooded. A friend recommended SERVPRO of Licking County to help us begin the cleanup process, and I’m so thankful they did. Seth arrived at our home within just a couple of hours to assess the damage and determine what needed to be done. I was honestly shocked by how quickly he was able to get to us, especially considering the number of homes affected by the storms and the waiting list they were dealing with. Seth was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire cleanup and restoration process, as well as working with insurance companies, and helped make an incredibly stressful situation feel much more manageable. Even more impressive, within about 10 minutes of Seth leaving, they had a crew available and on their way. John and his crew were incredible! They were patient with us as we sorted through our belongings and decided what could be saved, cleaned, or needed to be thrown away. They worked incredibly hard and even brought some much-needed humor and laughter during a very stressful time. Our basement already looks 100% better, and seeing the industrial fans, air movers, and dehumidifiers they use throughout the drying process has actually been really interesting. We cannot thank Seth, John, and the entire SERVPRO of Licking County team enough for their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. When something like this happens, having people you can trust makes all the difference. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of Licking County to anyone needing water damage cleanup, restoration, reconstruction, or other cleaning services. They truly came through for us when we needed them most!

I want to give a great shout out to Servpro!!! Between the first contact (Adam), Greg Johnson and his crew. They got the call late this afternoon about a flooding basement and was on sight within hours. Crew was courtesy and professional while removing damaged area. Thanks for the quick responses!!!
