The Hamilton SERVPRO team helped my family after Hurricane IAN hit SWFL at a CAT 4 and demolished the area. They were very responsive and treated us like family. This is the first time I’ve used SERVPRO for carpet cleaning. Many of my other clients have used them for water and fire restoration services and have been very pleased. I was very grateful for the attention to detail that they had. Not only was the carpet cleaning the best we have had but I had asked for our couch to be cleaned as well. But it turns out there was a warning tag saying I needed to use a different type of cleaning. Even though they did not offer that type of they put me in contact with someone who does.
Justin, Chandler, and Adam could not have been more professional and attentive to details. with a water line breaking, I was highly anxious and dismayed and this team came in and immediately went into action. They took care of every detail to get the water out, save my stuff and restore my home. It took a week but they made sure we were fully taken care of and then did all the interface with insurance to support the claim. As individuals, they were kind, thoughtful and friendly. Even going above and beyond and cleaning out some clogged gutters. I couldn’t be happier with how the worked and interacted with us.
