The guys were very polite, punctual, and task oriented. They went beyond what was expected and removed two damaged bookcases from the basement for me where they were working. The floor looked great when they were finished. We used SERVPRO for a previous event and was equally satisfied with the experience.

Last weekend I had a panicked call from my son who was home alone saying our basement was flooding. Upon arriving home, we found our that us and three of our neighbors had basements with sewage water in them. I called SERVPRO within minutes of arriving home. Jim called back within 10 minutes and said he was in route. Once he arrived he looked over our situation, made an assessment of what was needed. A crew was there within the next 30 minutes and they went about removing rugs and items that were wet, clearing out the excess water and sanitizing the floor and setting up fans and a dehumidifier. I cannot say enough about Jim, Justin and the rest of crew. They were so professional and understanding of how stressful this situation was for us. I immediately recommended them to our next door neighbors who took them up on their services. Justin was in touch over the next few days to see the progress of the basement and when they collected their equipment, they professionally cleaned the carpet that my husband had tracked on in our family room. Due to their immediate response, the damage to certain items in our basement was dramatically reduced, leaving many items salvageable. I cannot recommend Jim, Justin and the SERVPRO company enough!!

SERVPRO was recommended to me from a friend and I knew about their reputation from past experience. They came in and did a quote for me and I got the information back very quickly. It was very fast with response time and very neat and clean, I'm very happy with the work.

These folks walk you through a horrible situation and are there for you every step of the way. We had a pipe break in our wall that damaged our kitchen and crawl space. Ultimately the kitchen had to be gutted, asbestos had to be remediated and the mold had to be removed and treated. Given that my husband and I did not have any idea how to deal with the scope of this project, we turned this over to their very capable hands. Jim went with us to choose everything from the cabinets to the flooring. The whole team is sensitive to your concerns and they are the calm in the middle of the storm. In times of emergencies and crisis, you may not always think as clearly as you normally would. When it impacts a business, its even more chaotic than normal. I called this location as a result of a Google search, and it was the first one I came across. You never know what kind of service you will get when you are just randomly calling. I really really lucked out that it was Jim Wandtke’s team. Jim was here within 30 minutes of my call. He was thorough and calm in reviewing and explaining the extent of the damage and making recommendations, even having already contacted partner companies to help us in areas that they were not specialized in (such as electronics). His team was here within the hour. They were understanding about needing to get our business back up and running in as quick a time as possible. They are hard working and honest people. Truly. You could not ask for a better team of people to help you when you are in an emergency situation and need help.
