Our crew is highly trained and very experienced in the cleanup & restoration business. Our crew chiefs have all completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Programs that teach advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. All skills utilized in the field on a regular basis.
Raymond Wardell
Raymond Wardell is the owner of SERVPRO of New Hyde Park/ Mineola. He has been in the industry for 6+ years and also owns and operates SERVPRO of Ozone Park/Jamaica Bay.
Johnny Pacheco
Johnny Pacheco is one of our Project Managers at SERVPRO! He is a vital part in this team. He loves to help our clients when they need emergency restoration and remediation services.

The SERVPRO team was extremely helpful with the entire process from assessment of damage, to clean up, rubbish removal, and assistance with insurance claim. SERVPRO field workers were very efficient and did a great job mitigating basement water and mold and took all the necessary safeguards.
The best part of my experience was the service, especially by Jeri Rank who was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely professional and constantly followed up on a timely basis .She always delivered on her promises. When you have had a disaster and are looking for help those are the qualities that you need to help get you by a bad situation as smoothly as possible. She absolutely deserves a raise. I hope that I font need their services anytime in the future but its good to know that if I do I have someone reliable to turn to.
