Meet Our Team

Kelly is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Western Dutchess County, Kingston/New Paltz and Columbia & Greene Counties. She is the daughter of owners, Gil & Sheryl Morrissey, and has grown up in the business over the last 21 years. She graduated Marist College and has been in the operations and marketing departments for over 15 years.

Kelly oversees all day to day staff, operations and inside administrations as well as spearheading our Large Loss and Storm Team departments. She is also IICRC certified in Water Removal and Applied Structural Drying.

Mark Morgan is our Operations Manager, handling all aspects of our specialized teams, from production to job completion. Having over 25 years in the restoration industry, Mark is a certified Xactimate Trainer and holds tops certifications from the IICRC in microbial remediation, water restoration techniques and fire and smoke restorations.

Liz is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Western Dutchess County. Liz has been a crucial part of our company for over 20 years! She is very well versed in all things insurance industry and is responsible for all National Accounts & Accounts Receivable.

Corey Whitted is our Commercial Sales and Marketing Manager and has been a SERVPRO^®; family member for over 8 years. You might recognize him as he served as the Vice President/AGM of the Hudson Valley Renegades for 12 years. Most recently he was Director of Operations for the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. He coaches the Beacon Xtreme 14U Softball team. Corey works directly with the marketing team, our operations team, the large loss team and the production division to ensure aggressive business development and client satisfaction.

Controller- Cristina has been with our team for over 5 years and as a CPA with over 20 years experience! She handles all aspects of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll administration, budget implementation and financial strategies. Cristina helps keep us going in the right direction!

We welcomed Alysia to our SERVPRO^®; family in 2020 as our Contents Manager/Estimator. Alysia has her Water Damage Restoration Certification and has proven to be a huge asset to our company. She's a quick learner, a people-pleaser, inventory-keeper-extraordinaire, and will do whatever it takes to get people's personal property taken care of!

Roberto joins us from the restoration industry and is one of our project estimators! Roberto is bilingual and has his OSHA 10 certificate as well as his Water Damage Restoration Technician certification. He's always got a smile on his face and truly enjoys helping everyone!

Jose joined our team in 2023 as a production manager but already having several years of mitigation and restoration experience. Jose is well versed in commercial and large loss damages, versatile with training scenarios and consistently looking to improve and propel our SERVPRO^®; teams!

Steve is our Reconstruction Operations Manager, evaluating what a home or business needs for rebuilding after the mitigation is complete. Steve oversees all all areas of our reconstructions department and staff, projects, materials, pricing and any necessary emergency services. Steve has over 30 years in the construction industry and is well-versed in all areas of general contracting.

Courtney has been with our SERVPRO team for close to 2 years and handles job file coordination for our clients and their insurance companies. Requiring daily file auditing, constant communication with our production teams and insurance adjusters, Courtney is thorough, precise and on point. She is a great addition to our team!

Shane is part of our job file coordination team, assisting with national accounts, insurance adjusters, estimates and clients. Shane always has a smile, loves learning the newest and best and eager to help in any situation!

Malachi has been a part of the SERVPRO Team Morrissey family since he was 6 years old! His dad, Mark Morgan- our Operations Manager- has been bringing him to the office since 2005 to learn the ways of restoration!

Malachi has been a production technician, an office admin, a dispatch coordinator, an emergency services team member, and is currently a job file coordinator. Calm, precise and detailed, Malachi is super versatile no matter what his position is!

Ema comes to us with her MBA from a coveted local University and stands on a long career in property management.

She is our Commercial & Large Loss Job File Coordinator, handling the complex and intricate protocols that come with all of our commercial client's property losses including schools, hospitals, colleges, and all businesses that SERVPRO^®; Team Morrissey is relied upon to assist with.

Sean is one of our Production Crew Chiefs and has been with SERVPRO^®; since 2014. He is a licensed Mold Abatement Supervisor as well as ECTP, and WTR certified. He is dedicated, meticulous, detail oriented and has a passion for restoring damaged homes.

Devin is a Production Technician with SERVPRO and has been with us for almost 4 1/2 years. He is up for any kind of work, loves the challenge of our field and knows what to do on any job that hits him.

Jamel is one of our Production Crew Chiefs and with our SERVPRO team for only a year, but he has stood out to be a go-to, reliable and all around fantastic guy! Jamel has a reassuring and knowledgeable personality making him someone you really want around in a crisis!

Allen is one of our production technicians having been with us over a year. Allen is always going the extra mile with our team and has certifications in mold remediation and OSHA-10.

Allen is a newlywed and expecting his first child in 2026!

Justine has been with our SERVPRO team for close to 2 years and is one of our Reconstruction Superintendents. She focuses on the "putting it back together" phase for our clients in conjunction with their insurance requirements. Justine has a unique understanding of what it takes to get insureds back on their feet and helps make it "Like it never even happened" on a daily basis! She works directly with suppliers and contractors to meet expectations and always with a smile!

Tyler joined our reconstruction team with a lengthy background in plumbing, mechanicals and construction. Tyler is problem-solver, always finding efficiencies to help make the reconstruction phase go smoother. Tyler is quick witted and strategic, a great asset to our reconstruction team.

Nick joined our reconstruction team 2 years ago with a solid background in construction and rebuilding. Always reliable and knowledgeable, ready to handle any board-up and tarping needs for fire damage, quick with unusual damage solutions for demolition rebuilds and happy to help out no matter what area or what time! Nick has been a great asset to our SERVPRO family!

John has been a project manager with our reconstruction team for over 2 years. John oversees the needs of the homeowner after damage mitigation is complete and the rebuild phase is ready. He handles all aspects of the construction phase from countertops and cabinets to flooring to walls to ensure the customer's expectations are met.

John has over 20 years of experience in the general construction industry in all types of buildings and structures and holds 3 types of OSHA certifications.

Eddie has been with SERVPRO^®; Team Morrissey for over a year and is a Reconstruction Estimator. Eddie is onsite after mitigation to assess and evaluate what the property requires to get it back to preloss condition, working one-on-one with home and building owners as well as their insurance adjusters.

Patrick has been part of our reconstruction team for over a year, serving as the assistant project manager. Patrick handles material selections, change orders, communications directly with homeowners and scheduling. Patrick came to us with a lengthy background in all phases of rebuilding a home after suffering damage.
