Sean McCabe
Owner
Sean McCabe began his career in the restoration industry as a production technician in the family business. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Kutztown University. In 2021, Sean and his wife, Christina, acquired SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties and now own five SERVPRO franchises.
Sean remains actively involved with the franchise’s production team, with a particular focus on large commercial losses.
In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams whenever he gets the chance.

Christina McCabe
Owner
Christina McCabe brings industry experience to SERVPRO Team McCabe. She has experience in industry software programs including Xactimate and DocuSketch. Christina specializes in large-loss file administration and processing.
Christina has experience in Real Estate and as an Insurance Adjuster. She is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience with proper insurance-supporting documentation to facilitate a smooth claims process.

Finance Manager
Kristen Carroll oversees all finances, including accounting and collections.
Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Kristen works remotely, residing in New Jersey with her husband, Brian, and their daughter, Gracie, along with their small farm.

Office Manager
Jillian Cheslow serves as the Office Manager. She brings experience from the disaster restoration industry, having previously served as an office and business development professional in the restoration field.
Jillian is actively involved in community service, notably as the coordinator for the Southeast Pennsylvania Firefighters Open, a golf outing benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), honoring fallen firefighters and supporting their families.

Initially joining Team McCabe in an office role, Kim transitioned to the reconstruction department, where her skills are particularly well-suited, as the department expanded.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family. She is married with two sons and loves to read in her spare time.

Ashley manages production schedules to meet customer needs and ensures a smooth transition back to preloss conditions.

Melissa Chan brings a wealth of transferable skills from the medical field to SERVPRO Team McCabe. She leads job files across our Doylestown, Lafayette Hill, and Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan County territories. Melissa coordinates scheduling with customers and production teams, and works closely with insurance agents to ensure every customer is taken care of to the highest standard.
Melissa lives in the Bucks County area with her husband and two dogs.
