Recently my entire basement flooded and I had major water damage to my carpeting, tile, paneling, drywall, furniture and personal belongings. SERVPRO of Cherry Hill/Haddonfield came immediately and began extracting water. The owner accompanied the crew and they quickly put together a plan. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The crew was like a well-oiled machine and treated my basement as if it was their own home. After the water was extracted they set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. Meanwhile, the Production manager spent time with me explaining the entire process and what would happen over the next several days. Then he was on the phone arranging other services I would need (i.e. my furnace had water in it so I had no heat). Before long he had everything coordinated with the various contractors, as well as my insurance adjuster. The damage was devastating, but SERVPRO had everything under control immediately. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their customer oriented service!
These folks took care of a water loss for my family during the recent storms we had, not only were they extremely professional and respectful of my situation and feelings, but they were the most cautious and informative I've ever seen in a cleanup crew. Although I haven't had much experience with cleanup companies, I feel like they were definitely qualified for the job. They tested, tested, and tested again before they began drying because of how old my house is. They took all the proper steps needed to make sure everything ran smoothly and safely for us and for them. Jim is the production manager’s name and he treated me and my family like he would his own, this made me feel even more at ease after such a stressful loss. The two office ladies that I was in contact with, can't remember their names, were very sweet and soft spoken. They did a great job thank you so much.
SERVPRO was good from the beginning. I had rain water coming in with such force that it broke my basement window. SERVPRO came out and cleaned up the dirt and debris that came in. They kept me up to date as the job progressed. They were polite and timely.
Unfortunately had a fire at my house. Fortunately I contacted SERVPRO. They were amazing. My house was looking like new before you knew it. I have to commend Laurene and her staff for doing an incredible job. I can't thank you enough.
