Terry Miller is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of Wayne County. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning Technician. He has also been trained in Fire Cleanup and Restoration. Terry responds to service calls when needed, sets up and establishes efficient job flow, and coordinates requirements for each job. He supervises work production and monitors assigned jobs from start to finish while enforcing all safety procedures. Terry also quickly resolves problems, should any arise, and monitors jobs to ensure the customers needs are met. Terry also has his General Contractors License and is OSHA certified.

Zach Turner is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Wayne County. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Lee also quickly resolves problems should any arise, and monitors jobs to ensure the customer's needs are met. Zach is also OSHA certified.

Jared Moore is the Production/Water Mitigation Manager at SERVPRO of Wayne County. Jordan Davis serves as the Assistant Product Manager for the Reconstruction Department at SERVPRO of Wayne County. In his role, Jordan works closely with contractors, the production manager, and the job file coordinator to support project planning and execution. He assists with coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that reconstruction projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards. Jordan also helps streamline communication between clients, contractors, and internal staff, contributing to smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

Donna Schultz is the Fire Production Manager at SERVPRO of Lenoir, Duplin, and Jones Counties, where she plays a critical role in overseeing fire damage restoration projects. With experience in managing fire-related restoration, Donna ensures that every project is handled efficiently and effectively. She coordinates the restoration team, monitors project progress, and manages resources to ensure that all fire damage work is completed to the highest standards. Donna’s attention to detail and commitment to quality make her an invaluable leader, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the restoration process.
