Brandon is one of our most experienced Production Managers at SERVPRO of North Durham. He has been with us for several years in the field of mitigation and restoration and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Health & Safety Equivalent and Master Water Restorer. He is also OSHA certified for Occupational Safety and Health and certified in Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting. Brandon is a veteran of The United States Army and served 4 years. We thank you for your service Brandon! He is a dedicated employee and has not missed a single day of work in 8 years!

Juan is one of our amazing Production Managers here at SERVPRO of North Durham. Juan holds several years of experience in the field of mitigation and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation. He is always ready for the job and is always there to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Margareth is a Fire and Water Technician here at SERVPRO of North Durham. She is always working hard and gets the job done with a smile on her face. She is such a delight to have working here.

Angie is one of our hardest working Production Technicians at SERVPRO of North Durham. She started working here in September 2018. Angie is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Trauma & Crime Scene. She loves animals, especially horses. Angie has a voracious appetite for learning.

Jason is a Reconstruction Estimator at SERVPRO of North Durham. He joined our team in January 2019. Jason lives in Wake Forest and loves to be out riding his motorcycle on nice days.

Jehson is one of our wonderful Water Restoration Technicians here at SERVPRO of North Durham. He may be quiet but he is a very hard worker. Jehson is very reliable and efficient in his work.

Ken is one of our expert Lead Restoration Technicians. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and works hard to achieve excellence. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. He is one of the rare people who got 100% on his IICRC test!

Patricia is an excellent Contents Restoration expert here at SERVPRO North Durham. She is always so cheerful and works very hard at every job she is given. Patricia has just reached her one year anniversary with us and we are over the moon to have her here.

Timmy is a very dependable Lead Restoration Technician here at SERVPRO of North Durham. Timmy has a great deal of experience and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, and Trauma & Crime Scene. In his spare time he watches the Broncos play football with his family.

Ivana is our excellent Contents Project Manager here at SERVPRO North Durham. She specialized in COVID-19 cleanings, Fire & Smoke, and Contents. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Odor Control. Ivana is always working hard day and night to achieve the utmost excellence in customer service.

John is one of our expert Reconstruction Project Managers here at SERVPRO of North Durham. He is specializing in commercial builds currently. He has many years of experience in the field and takes a lot of pride in his work.

Derrick is one of our wonderful Contents Technicians here at SERVPRO of North Durham. Derrick is hard working and depandable. He enjoys learning new things and helping out everywhere that he can. We are very happy to have him on our team!
