I am a landlord living in CT with a townhouse in Charlotte, NC. The last tenant had a 45 lb dog that had urinated in every room of my rental. I was pleased with the service I had received concerning my dryer vent which was clogged and the inside house vents needed cleaning. Two technicians were very prompt and while they were here Peter came to assist. Peter was aware of the issue that I had in the past with my dryer vent. Our washing machine leaked through our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. SERVPRO removed the wet flooring and ceiling, dried the affected area and safely removed a bit of mold that grew on the internal ceiling beams.
