The owners, Brett and Samantha Halsey, have grown up and raised their families in St. Joseph. We are invested in the future of this area and our customers needs. Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property. Came home late Sunday night to a flooded finished basement. Called on Monday morning and they were here on Tuesday. Was a large job over several days. Much gratitude for their help. They ripped out baseboards and flooring, removed it from site, set up multiple industrial fans, and monitored the drying process over several days. Their technology allowed visual impact on wet drywall for accurate drying vs. removal. They put furniture on blocks and moved as needed for speedy progress and least damage. They kept in touch via texting to set up monitoring visits and were mindful of best outcome for a difficult situation. Insurance claim was filed quickly through their office.
