The four workers that actually did all the heavy lifting were phenomenal, they took such care and concern that you felt they were working in their own home. Even with all the destruction caused by the water, my basement was left in the condition that we could begin restoration immediately. I truly hope that I never have to call SERVPRO again, because I would prefer to never experience that type of flooding again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call them in a heartbeat and neither should you.
