Then when the drain backed up the next day, they came right back out and cleaned again. The guys they sent have been very respectful and fast. They have been an enormous help!

He stopped for me when my caliper bolts fell out of my car, hailed a tow for me, bought new bolts for me, and installed them himself. I only had to pay for a hotel room during that time. I couldn't imagine his business would be at any lower standard when he has been a literal angel!

I love my four-legged fur baby, but I wanted SERVPRO of Lake of the Ozark to perform a carpet cleaning as the following weekend, I had friends coming into town with their puppy. The crew arrived and provided a thorough cleaning which helped alleviate some stress I had.
