Dave Jones
Dave Jones brings more than two decades of hands-on leadership in restoration and reconstruction, operating and partnering in multiple SERVPRO franchises across the region. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale restoration, reconstruction, and disaster recovery efforts; building teams focused on operational discipline, rapid response, and consistent execution. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), along with Lead-Based Paint certification. His technical background and field experience support teams handling complex residential and commercial losses. Under Dave’s leadership, each independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise emphasizes accountability, technical excellence, and steady, scalable growth while maintaining high standards during property damage emergencies.

Mace Ward
Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and is currently in his eighth year with the company. Mace is deeply committed to serving customers and takes pride in showing up every day for both his team and the people they help. Raised in Oklahoma, Mace and his family remain closely connected to Rogers County, where they continue to operate their family farm. Outside of work, he organizes the annual Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament, a cause that’s important to him and his family.

Kyle Alexander
Kyle Alexander serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Construction for SERVPRO Team Jones. In his role as CAO, he oversees Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Administrative Operations across the organization. As Vice President of Construction, he leads Construction Services with a focus on execution excellence, financial discipline, and scalable operational systems. Kyle brings more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, including 20 years dedicated specifically to insurance restoration. He has been with SERVPRO for 13 years and has played a key leadership role in the organization’s expansion and operational development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chapman University (2002). Kyle has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction and remodel projects and is committed to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Gerald Thomas
Gerald Thomas serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO Team Jones. A graduate of Alcorn State University and a retired US Army Officer, Gerald spent 10 years in the US Army Corps of Engineers managing large-scale construction and reconstruction projects in demanding environments. With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership and marketing strategy, Gerald brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to business development. He leads the growth and development of the sales team across the Team Jones franchise group, focusing on strategic partnerships, market expansion, and consistent brand execution. Gerald is actively engaged in the communities and industries the team serves and is involved with AFT-ID and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Armando Mendoza
Armando Mendoza is the Director of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO Team Jones. Armando has 24 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company.

Brian serves as Director of National Accounts and has been with SERVPRO since 2014. He brings extensive experience in marketing, outside sales, and commercial business development, with a primary focus on building and maintaining long-term partnerships within large commercial and national account relationships. Brian works closely with commercial clients to understand their operational needs, coordinate response planning, and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple locations. His relationship-driven approach helps position the team as a trusted partner before, during, and after a loss. Outside of work, Brian enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Troy serves as an Estimator and Priority Responder. He joined the team in 2019 as a Production Manager and advanced into his current role through hands-on field leadership and technical expertise. Troy holds multiple industry certifications, including IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and OSHA 10. His training and experience allow him to assess losses quickly, develop accurate scopes, and help guide projects from emergency response through stabilization. Outside of work, Troy enjoys golfing, attending Mavericks games, and spending time with his family.

Brandon Kellar serves as the Director of Large Loss for SERVPRO Team Jones, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on restoration experience to the role. He began his career in 2007 as a technician and worked his way up through the industry, gaining deep operational knowledge in water, fire, and mold restoration. Brandon is known for his technical expertise, leadership in high-complexity projects, and commitment to industry best practices. He holds multiple advanced certifications, including Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer, and Mold Remediation Specialist. His background in field operations allows him to lead large-scale loss projects with precision, efficiency, and a clear understanding of client needs during critical situations.

Nate Halastik
Nate brings deep field experience and a hands-on leadership style to every project. He has worked in the restoration industry since the age of 25, spending the majority of his career with various SERVPRO franchises and the past five years with SERVPRO of Lee’s Summit. Over that time, he built a strong reputation as a Crew Chief, managing complex mitigation losses, coordinating crews in the field, and ensuring projects were executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.
Today, Nate serves as a Project Manager, where he focuses on guiding projects from start to finish while mentoring the next generation of Crew Chiefs. He plays an active role in training and development, sharing practical knowledge from years in the field to help crews grow their skills and deliver consistent, high-quality results for customers.
