Meet Our Team

Greg Cook is the Owner/Operator of SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He has 36 years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Lead Safe Practices, and Subrogation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.

Barbara has owned SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin for 32 years. She is certified in the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Subrogation.

Brandon has owned SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin for over 20 years. He is certified in the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Odor Control, Lead Safe Practices, and Subrogation.

Zachary Sloan is a Co-Owner of SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin. He also works closely with our reconstruction team. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Fire Damage Restoration Technician, and Odor Control. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, and spending time with his family.

Megan Sloan is the Controller and Co-Owner at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. She has several years of experience with SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician. When Megan isn't at the office, you can find her spending time with her family or sipping coffee with her friends.

Cortney Whitmore is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. When Cortney isn't at the office working hard, she is at home baking and spending time with her husband and two kiddos.

Bryan Morris is the Restoration Project Manager at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He has been in the restoration industry since 2009 and 9 of those years have been cherished with SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning Technician, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and dogs. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching hockey.

Tyler Hicks is a Fire Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He has 5+ years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching football.

Shane has been with SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin for over 3 years now. He works hard every day as our Reconstruction Manager, leading our recon crew to success and ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their projects. Shane spends his spare time floating on the creek, fishing and enjoying one on one time with nature.

Alyssa is one of our amazing Technicians at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. She works hard to get the job done quickly.

Bethany is on the SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin team as a Technician. We're so lucky to have her be a part of this team.

Cody is a part of our reconstruction crew. He has been apart of the SERVPRO family for over 2 years. Cody is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness of our customers. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting!

Charles is one of our amazing crew chiefs in our water department. He has been apart of the SEVRPRO family for 2 years. He leads our crews from job to job and ensures all processes and systems are followed appropriately and ensures customer satisfaction upon completion of jobs. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family.

Ethan is apart of our reconstruction team for almost 3 years now. He is an asset to our team and we appreciate all he does for our customers. Ethan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family!

Jonathan is our amazing Warehouse Operations Supervisor and Contents Division Manager! He works hard and helps keep our operations in the warehouse organized. Jonathan is a huge Chiefs fan, but most recently became a Pitt State football fan due to his son joining the PSU football team.

David is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He also handles our mold department. David has been apart of the SERVPRO family for 3 years now.

Juanita is a Technician on our team. She is an efficient team member and we are lucky to have her on the SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin team.

Khali is our Fire Restoration Supervisor. Her position is unique, and we are lucky to have her be a part of the team at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin.

Shanobi is a Technician for SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin, working hard to get our remediation and restoration jobs done quickly.

Jayden is a Technician here on our team at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He works hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently!

Jay is another great team member of our reconstruction department. He has an extensive skill set that really enhances our business. Jay recently became a father and is enjoying his new life as a dad.

Stephanie is our Restoration Supervisor for SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. She is a great leader and an important member of our team!

Stefanie is our Job File Coordinator. She is a HUGE asset to our office team. She coordinates and schedules jobs and ensures customers are updated and taken care of. Stefani enjoys spending time with her family and cheering her kiddos on at their sporting events.

Kaden is a Technician for our team at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He gets the job done!

Klay works as a Water Restoration Supervisor on our team. He ensures that the crews get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. Klay is great at what he does and we appreciate him!

Edwin is water technician. He works along side our other techs to ensure that all water mitigation and restoration jobs are completed efficiently. We are grateful for Edwin and his hard work.

Avery has recently joined the team as a water field technician. Since joining the team this year, he has gone above and beyond to ensure our community is well taken care of. Truly going into every situation with the expectation that he will leave the job "Like it never even happened".

Paige has recently joined the team as our Marketing / Account Manager. Paige goes out and educates the community on who SERVPRO is and what we do. She also manages all of our community events. Paige enjoys spending time with her family and coaching all of her kids sports teams.
