What our
customers are saying
Ossama, Sky, Devin, and Justin were excellent, they were very nice and took care of everything we needed. I really appreciate their help with our flooded basement.
Professional and quick
Tom and Wyatt were great
Our autistic son flooded his upstairs bathroom and our downstairs living room. Dan W, Avery P, Wyatt Z and Devin C were friendly, efficient, and very professional. The arrived within 2 hours of my incident and did a great job explaining everything to me. I would request this team again and again.
Had water backup into our finished basement due to sump pump failures. Dan W. and Avery P. responded very quickly to get drying fans and dehumidifiers running to start drying everything out. Everyone we've dealt with at ServPro has been friendly, helpful, and informative. Their fast response is helping to make a very stressful process easier to deal with. Thank you all! Chris T.
We had called Servpro the day after our washer leaked flooding our laundry room, into our bedroom, and into basement. They came out that day. The staff/workers were very friendly and efficient. Justin, Ethan & Devin out of Servpro of NW Genesee County did a great job!
Excellent service!!!! Highly recommended. Thank you team.
Ben and Justin are awesome! Professional, competent, efficient, tidy, helpful, and I can tell they know what they are doing. A pleasure to go business with. They are doing water mitigation at my home.
Wow what a fabulous experience with this wonderful Servpro team Oussama and Sky from Flint Michigan! I live in Columbus, Ohio and my basement flooded with sewer water. I called Servpro and supervisor Mark sent this perfect pair to clean up my mess! I’m thrilled with the results! Job was covered by my insurance!
