    Steve Meyer

    Steve Meyer is the Owner at SERVPRO of Cass & St. Joseph Counties and Owner of SERVPRO of North Elkhart. He has been with the company since 2010. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, ASD, Fire Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning and Health & Safety. A little bit about Steve is he loves to golf. If he could travel anywhere it would be to Bora Bora. His favorite TV show is Mad Men.

    Shane Kauffman

    Shane is the Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of Cass and St. Joseph Counties and SERVPRO of North Elkhart County. Shane has his certification as a Water Removal Technician and brings 10 years of experience to the table. We are lucky to have his experience to help onboard our newest technicians! In his off time, Shane loves to spend time with his family and work on video editing. He is also a big fan of working on projects around the house!

Patrick really enjoys being outside. You may find him working on some landscaping, camping, or maybe even some fishing!

    Carl Purdiman is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Cass and St. Joseph Counties and SERVPRO of North Elkhart County. Carl comes to us with 17 years of experience in the restoration industry and we are lucky to have him leading our crews! If Carl is not at SERVPRO, you could probably find him at the gym. Carl's favorite movie is Tombstone and if he could travel anywhere in the world it would be to Rome, Italy to visit The Coliseum!

    Tiffany Mercer

    Tiffany is our Director of Office and Administration here at SERVPRO of Cass & St. Joseph Counties and SERVPRO of North Elkhart County. She has a IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration. Tiffany enjoys camping with her family and being out in the sunshine whenever she can. You will always find her around the shop with a cup of coffee in hand! If she could travel anywhere, she would go to Australia.

Max Blodgett of ServPro Cass & St Joe Counties of SW Michigan is beyond a fantastic asset to the company! He is so committed to his job, he is polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, super trustworthy and reliable! When Max says he’s gonna be there on time, he shows up 15 minutes early and does it with a smile on his face! I had to go out of town for Father’s Day weekend and without knowing I had cameras I trusted him with the garage and house alarms to come and go as he pleased and he just came; did his job and left just as he should have! Very pleasant to work with, him and his field supervisor Charles, I believe his name was! I HIGHLY recommend using them for you emergency needs! HIGHLY!
