In late winter the pipes froze in our home while we were away, causing severe damage to the entire first floor and basement. Fortunately for us, our insurance company recommends Servpro in cases like this. From the very outset, everything was handled in the most professional and top-notch manner. The clean-up was dealt with immediately and in an excellent fashion. The Construction Project Manager Leif O’Kelley was on top of everything from the very beginning. He was extremely accessible, always answering the phone when we called. He was very much hands-on, making helpful suggestions for things like flooring, paint colors or ideas for the kitchen redo and could not have been more personally invested in making sure our home was restored in the best of all possible ways! We can’t thank him enough for all of the help that he gave us. He did an amazing. job. And we are so thankful that our insurance company sent us to Servpro. They are an incredible company, first-rate in all ways.
