When our toilet overflowed and we had 1/4” of water on the bathroom floor I was referred to SERVPRO. They quickly scheduled an estimator to come out and scheduled service immediately. Once the mitigation cleaners came out they were kind, courteous and detailed with all they did. They were super considerate about my cat throughout the day. Having a manager come out just to make sure everything was running well was an added bonus. The manager communicating with the insurance adjuster while he was present with pictures and videos was the type of professionalism I received. The service was good and prompt. The men were neat with their work. They were prompt and accurate with the necessary time frame for the drying time.

I can not say enough about how impressed I was with my service from SERVPRO. Nick and his team were very accommodating and flexible when it came to getting our couch cleaned this winter. The crew that came over did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make sure there was no mess left behind. I would recommend SERVPRO to everyone and anyone who is looking to get couches or carpets cleaned in the Anne Arundel County area. There customer service is top-notch and there crews are extremely polite.

We called SERVPRO after leaving a sunroof open when it rained. Our car was soaked. From our first phone call- which was answered by a human and not a robot, everyone we dealt with was concerned, professional and reassuring. Craig evaluated our problem and we felt he took a lot of time to assess and explain what needed to be done. Orlando and Josh were at our home expediently and put the machinery in place to resolve the problem. They answered ever question and concern we had - were very reassuring and confident in the approach taken. They were so friendly and approachable that we felt 100% confident that everything would be ok. Everyone we dealt with knew the game plan, had a strong knowledge base, and cared about customer satisfaction. Phone calls were continuous to update us on what was to be done, when, and arrival times. SERVPRO made horrible situation seem resolvable.
From start to finish, everything was timely and complete. My wife and I had the situation explained clearly. Your team, was polite, considerate and quick.
