Earlier this year we had a misfortune of having the interior of our house and its contents covered with soot from a malfunctioning fuel oil furnace. SERVPRO cleaned the walls, ceilings, floors, doors and some of the contents May 7-9. SERVPRO members involved in the cleanup were:

They reviewed with us in detail the work to be done and were proactive in suggesting that painting certain parts of the house are necessary when they were doing the remediation. My wife and I were amazed at how meticulous and helpful they were in the cleaning process.
