My family has had a summer lake cottage for almost 100 years. Last year, I discovered that the 5 cubbies on the second floor under the eaves, were full of decades of junk and mice pee and poop. Kelley Leone, the SERVPRO rep, came out and produced a very reasonable estimate based on the work involved to clean them out safely. She is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. Kelley arranged for SERVPRO team to come out a week later. I cannot praise them enough--totally competent, professional and personable.
