Even though SERVPRO was fully booked given the extensive damage in Belmont and surrounding communities, Michael Pridham, SERVPRO owner, took extra measures to summon team members and equipment to attend to my situation.

This past winter 2014 when a freeze-up caused water seepage into every level of a different property, their team came and remedied the soaked areas resulting in a renewed and fresh interior.

Our basement had not been seriously cleaned in 30 years, and recently had some minor sewage and rain backup. We contacted SERVPRO/Cambridge to do cleanup and power washing of walls. They came over the next morning, discussed what could be done, and provided a quote within 2 hours. The next day, 3 men came, did the job, and we are very pleased with the results, the customer service, and our dealings with the manager, Mike. I would recommend them highly.

These folks are great - Sergio in particular - we had an issue with a water leak from an above apartment and they were able to come over the next day and help assess the damage, pointed out things I had no idea about. The following day they had all the necessary drying equipment set-up and we were well on our way to getting our house back in order. They also worked with the insurance company while explaining everything they were doing and why. This made us feel really comfortable that everything was under control.
