Meet Our Team

Jonathan is a Director of Large Loss & Storm and has been on our team since September 2019. Jonathan’s a leader in water damage restoration, understanding and explanation of insurance policies, and Xactimate. He has grown into this role and held positions as technician, crew chief, and assistant operations manager. He's also an experienced Large Loss traveler and has helped in numerous states during storm events. He holds Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician and in Xactimate Advanced. Jonathan grew up in Manchester, NH and his dog, Jaxson, is now our office mascot and can be found on our social channels. You can find Jonathan and Jaxson on outdoor adventures and they love to spend time with family.

Samuel Martinez is a Crew Chief on our team. He is responsible for assisting the production crew in completing onsite services with professionalism and concern. Samuel has been a member of our team since December 2016 and worked for us as a technician before becoming a Crew Chief. He previously worked as a kitchen manager and lives in Lynn, MA.

Reginaldo Machado is a Crew Chief on our team. He communicates with customers while supervising his production crew in completing tasks to industry specifications and customer satisfaction. Reggie has been with SERVPRO since December 2008 and prides himself on his abilities to provide customer satisfaction, manage equipment, communication skills, and task following as directed. Prior to working on our team, Reggie was a cook at the Union Oyster House for 10 years. He has training in lead as well as OSHA. He lives in East Boston with his wife and their three children and he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, playing soccer, and watching all sports.

Jose Martinez, Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Boston Downtown/ Back Bay/ South Boston, is responsible for managing the performance of a production crew as restoration services are performed for customers and clients. He is responsible for job completion with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Jose has been a member of our team since June 2016 and his expertise includes water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire restoration, and biohazard clean up. Jose lives in Lynn with his wife, children, and grandmother. And in his free time, Jose can be found working out or playing basketball.

Juan is a Restoration Technician has been on the SERVPRO team for over fifteen years. Prior to joining us, Juan was a driver and has also received his four year degree. He lives in Lowell with his wife, daughter, and son and enjoys spending his time with his family and learning about the United States.

Ricardo Cepedes is a Restoration Technician and has been a member of our team since February 2018 and has advanced expertise in demolition, sewage, and general cleaning. His prior experience includes positions in housekeeping, cleaning, and as a technician. Ricardo received his Associates Degree while in the Dominican Republic. He lives in Chelsea with his wife, their daughter, and their son, and in his spare time, you can find Ricardo playing basketball, dominoes, softball, and hanging out with his friends and family.

Adrian Quininez is a proud resident of Windham, NH, and joined our team in 2022. As aWarehouse Technician, he is driven by quality service and takes great pride in his work. Off duty, he cherishes relaxing with his kids and grandchildren.

Jenn Hooper, a resident of Tewksbury, smoothly transitioned into her Administrative Assistant role at SERVPRO in 2022. When the weather allows, she loves to play mini golf, hit the beach, or get some strikes at the bowling alley. She's integral to our daily operations and we're very lucky to have her on the team.

From Lynn, MA, Jose Lantigua utilized his prior experience in construction when he joined SERVPRO in 2021. His experience is of immense value, providing a solid foundation for taking on any task that comes his way and makes him a valuable member of our team.

Julian Carrucini has steadily grown with SERVPRO since starting in 2014 and we're happy to have him on our team. A Lowell, MA resident, he attended a high school carpentry program which led him to his position as Project Manager. Apart from work, he enjoys exercising and hanging out with his son.

Genocrates Molina, a vital Production Technician at SERVPRO, stands out for his dedication and team-driven mindset. His hard work keeps our operations running smoothly, while his team spirit contributes to a motivating work environment. Genocrates plays an essential role in our day-to-day operations.

Lois Meija is a key player among the crew members at SERVPRO. His approach to work is marked by impressive dedication and a consistent focus on teamwork. Lois's commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every task he undertakes contributes significantly to our team's morale overall.

Radelis Tejada from Salem, MA, joined our SERVPRO team in 2023. He works hard during his shifts, focusing on his responsibilities in mitigation, demolition, and cleaning. During his free time, he enjoys the comfort of being around his family and working with his buddy Reggie.
