SERVPRO of North Kenner, Harahan, & Lakeview has proudly been serving the local community since 1992. Over the last 30 years, we have experienced many devastating natural disasters alongside our community helping restore properties back to its original state. As of October 2018, William Love, Jim Metteauer, and Taylor Rosson purchased the franchise from a long-standing SERVPRO operator. Growing up on the Mississippi coast, William and Taylor lived through Hurricane Katrina and experienced major water damages. They understand what it is like to go through these trying times.

Colby and the team of technicians were great. My neighbor's burst hot water heater flooded multiple rooms in both our condos. Colby was the Project Manager, he was informative, patient with all my questions, and easy to contact by phone or text during the 5 day clean up. The Technicians worked nonstop until after 8 pm to get all the water up, remove water damaged baseboard and floors then setup heater/drying equipment. The technicians took care to place my belongings carefully so they could work around furniture. They came daily to come inspect the drying process and informed me of what the next steps were. The day the technicians came to pick up all the equipment they moved furniture so I could access most of my condo. The entire team was wonderful to me during this traumatic time. Their hard work, expertise, and cleaning process saved my condo from growing mold. I will forever be grateful to Colby and all the technicians.

Because of the equipment they have, they were able to find wet walls that weren't noticeable with eyes alone, so when we found some moisture in our wall, we didn't hesitate to call them again.
