We have light beige carpet in our home. After years of traffic we finally decided to have the carpet cleaned. We contacted SERVPRO of Lake Charles because we were familiar with their reputation for doing an excellent job of carpet cleaning. The crew of SERVPRO of Lake Charles cleaned the duct work at my business after some customers complained about a "musty" odor. Turns out that my air ducts were getting water condensation inside and creating a mildew situation. The guys came in a cleaned them out and everything smells great!

In August of 1990, while serving the United States Army, owner Jack Drouilhet started his career in the Restoration Business in Lake Charles, LA.
