We could not feel better about our interaction with SERVPRO after our recent flooding at our home. From the minute we called them to them minute they had the last fans out of our house after saving the day with their expertise, attention to detail and compassion, Pete and his crew made us feel like everything was going to be OK and promised to do everything he could to help us get our desired outcome. It worked. His hustle and genuine concern for our dilemma allowed us to save our hardwood floors on our main level and left us with very minimal damage everywhere else considering the major issue it appeared to be when we walked in the door and heard that water running. Pete was a pro the entire time, kept us in the loop about every detail of the process and was tremendously helpful in every aspect of the whole ordeal. One thing he said that really stuck with us was this: "My goal every time I walk into someone's home is to really listen to what the home owner wants and needs. Even if it's a long shot or something that I would deem unlikely, if it's important to that person for us to do everything we can to give them a chance to have the best possible outcome, then we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen." Pete and his crew delivered in that area with us and did it by being realistic but also optimistic. By under-promising and over-producing, Pete left us feeling like we had won the lottery. We cannot thank you and SERVPRO enough for all of your help and expertise during this minor setback that could have been a major mess if not for you guys!

Just thanking you for taking care of our home after water damage due to a very leaky water heater. Jackson was so nice and easy to work with. He described exactly what he was going to do and then did it very quickly. He was very good to our puppy who could be a nuisance if you're working. He came back to remove the equipment and did so while we were gone and we totally trusted him to be there. He even fed Charlie on his way out and put him back in the house.
