Roger is the driving force behind SERVPRO of Marshall, Starke, Pulaski and Fulton. As the owner, he sets the tone for how we lead, serve, and grow. He believes in accountability, doing things the right way, and building a team that takes pride in their work while always putting people first.

Alison is the owner that keeps a lot of the behind-the-scenes pieces moving. She supports both the team and day-to-day operations and brings a strong sense of gratitude and care into everything she does. Alison is amazing at making sure our customers feel supported from start to finish.

Sam oversees the contents side of things—handling, cleaning, and restoring customers’ belongings. She understands how important those items are and makes sure they’re treated with care every step of the way.

As Mitigation Manager, Enoch leads the mitigation team and focuses on getting in quickly, doing the job right, and continuing to build knowledge within his team so they’re always improving.

Dalton is usually one of the first people customers meet. He works closely with homeowners and insurance partners to make sure expectations are clear and estimates are accurate, helping set the tone for the entire project.

Rick takes over once it’s time to rebuild. He manages the construction side of things, making sure jobs are done right, timelines are met, and the final product is something both the team and the customer can be proud of.

Alberto is out in the field leading crews and making sure the work gets done the way it should. He takes pride in what he does and works hard to make sure every job reflects the standards we expect as a team.

Bryce is part of the team out in the field helping with mitigation and cleanup. He’s dependable, willing to learn, and always ready to step in wherever he’s needed.

Kim: Kim keeps everything moving. From overseeing daily operations to supporting the team, her focus is on accountability, structure, and creating an environment where people can grow and do their best work. Our team and our community are in good hands with this General Manager at the wheel.

Katie helps keep construction projects organized and moving forward. From scheduling to communication, she makes sure the details are handled so everything runs as smoothly as possible.

If it involves job files, communication, or keeping things organized, Lacey is on it. She plays a huge role in making sure nothing gets missed and everything stays on track behind the scenes.

Kassidy helps keep the office running day-to-day. Whether it’s answering calls, helping customers, or supporting the team, she brings a positive attitude and keeps things moving.
