Ben is our most experienced employee, working with SERVPRO since 2006.
His extensive IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup.
Besides displaying immense leadership skills when directing a crew, Ben has contributed to many National Recovery Team rescues, including the Coal City Tornado Disaster and the Ohio Flooding.
He appreciates working with SERVPRO because every day presents a new challenge. In his free time, Ben volunteers at the Spartan Race with his brother, Micah.

Marcela joined the SERVPRO team in 2019, and we couldn't be happier to have her on board. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and accounting, Marcela is an invaluable asset to the team at SERVPRO. She enjoys the variety of challenges and experiences that every day brings, and she looks forward to learning more about the restoration industry.
In her free time, Marcela enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and different varieties of foods, and binge-watching Netflix TV shows and movies.

Brian joined our SERVPRO team in February 2022, bringing 7 years of experience in residential construction and 2 years of experience on mitigation projects.
He has several years of experience and holds the following IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control.
Brian's favorite part of working for SERVPRO is collaborating with other team members to assist customers with their needs. He looks forward to learning and working towards earning certifications to grow within the company. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends, attending sporting events, and traveling.

My name is Zakiya. I’ve been with SERVPRO for almost two years as a Construction Coordinator and nearly a year as our Shared Services Manager, helping ensure our projects run efficiently from start to finish. I’ve been part of SERVPRO’s Storm Team, deploying to assist with restoration efforts during Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and I have even rolled up my sleeves to extract water on job sites myself. When I’m not coordinating projects, you’ll find me at local farmer’s markets, training for Tough Mudders, or spending time with my family.

I unfortunately had water damage to my property a few months ago and thanks to the staff at SERVPRO I was able to move back in to my property a few weeks ago. I was extremely happy with the end result. My home looked brand new. They did everything from moving my furniture and drying my flooring to painting and putting new flooring. All I can say is Wow! SERVPRO did a stellar job bringing my home back to new. I experienced a major pipe burst which flooded my 1st floor wood floors and into my finished basement. I thought we wouldn't be able to get it back to where it was! These guys were professional, responsive, and courteous. Within a couple of hours, they had removed all water and kicked off industrial fans and dehumidifiers. Best of all, I had a ton of concerns and questions. Every employee took time to inspect and did not hesitate to get in deep to make sure no water stayed hidden.
I would like to say a special thank you to Emilia, Chad, Giovanni, and Jose. What a super crew! They took care of my home as if it was theirs. I will use them again for any need that arises.
