This was our 1st time having to restore our basement family room and bedroom after flooding. Calling SERVPRO in Spencer was the best thing we did. They came as soon as the water stopped coming into our room and were very professional but friendly too. The young man, who came everyday, and kept a watch on the drying process was great. When the carpets were fully dried, the young ladies that removed all the fans and things were friendly. All in all the whole experience was much better because of the service we received from SERVPRO. SERVPRO fixed some water damage at my work back in Dec 2019. They did a wonderful job and were excellent at answering questions we had about things.
I have used SERVPRO for many years to clean carpets in my rentals as well as my own home and they have always done an excellent job, it is appreciated! January of 2019 I had a water line burst in a rental home. They came as soon as I called to clean up and also proceeded to handle the demolition and reconstruct all the damaged areas. Hired the subs for me as well. Also worked well with my insurance adjuster. It was as close to hands off as it could be. Did an excellent job and in a timely manner.
I really can't say enough good things about this company. My parents house had a pipe break in the kitchen which ruined the kitchen floor, cabinets, part of the ceiling collapsed in the basement, ruined carpet in basement & the list goes on. Unfortunately all this happened back in June when everyone else was having water damage also. It was a long process but I can't Thank Ryan, Lathe & the employees of SERVPRO & Boji Builders for getting the house back to square one!!
SERVPRO worked very hard to get all my carpet out of the basement they even got rid of an old sectional for me. Very happy with their quick service on my basement issue. Would have them back anytime I needed service.
