Workers were very prompt and efficient. Actually, they were early and did a complete job in no time. They were personable and answered all our questions and concerns.
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate SERVPRO of East Honolulu a 10 in regards to my satisfaction. Every step of the way they were supportive, tentative, and accommodated to me. They were very professional the whole time, they came in a quickly took care of my situation. They did some repairs to my shop, and cleaned the flooring also moving my contents. After the repairs and cleaning the floors they moved my contents back. It was almost as if nothing ever happened. They completely exceed my expectations as to who I was dealing with. Our company: SERVPRO of East Honolulu is owned by Lorenzo Usam, with more than 20 years worth of managerial work. He quickly went from a crew member here, to a manager by completing a credited Manager's development program. His strive for excellent customer support, help created the fast, and efficient work culture we see today at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As an individually owned franchise here in Oahu, we see emergencies big and small that need both our staff and equipment for a speedy recovery. Lorenzo has ensured that we are keeping to our schedules and properly equipped for any job he gives our technician teams.
