I cannot tell you how many times I contacted Jim with so many questions about the situation, next steps to take, what was the process after the next thing, you name it, I called Jim!! He always returned my calls, no matter what!! If he didn't have an answer or know what the next step or process was going to be at that moment he would definitely find out and call me back that day with an answer or update. Customer Service like that is very rare these days, and that was not only EXCELLENT, but was above and beyond what was called for, based on the situation! SERVPRO came highly recommended as the only company to call when home disasters hit in our area. Our home's first floor filled with four inches of water due to the brake of the washer's drain pipe. SERVPRO arrived soon after the call and took over transforming what we saw as an overwhelming disaster into a calm, logical process to save as much as possible not only of our belongings, but of the walls and floors.
