I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Zack and Mario at SERVPRO. We had a burst pipe in the wall late on a Saturday night with lots of damage to walls and wood floors. They came out quickly early next morning, were friendly, helpful fast working, and did a lot of preliminary water remediation work before our homeowners insurance adjuster comes out. I was given a lot of great advice to help us feel supported through this challenging process.
Bia was extremely professional, courteous and explained everything that he was doing to help with our water damage.
Zach, David, and Antonio spent 7 hours at my house and could not have been nicer or more professional. They explained everything thoroughly, and assured me all necessary steps would be taken to remediate the water in my house due to a contractor’s error.
