A massive tree from the neighbor’s yard fell onto our home, causing significant damage. Our insurance company recommended we contact SERVPRO to help mitigate the damages. I called SERVPRO at 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon and worked with an agent named Mandy. Mandy was very calm and professional, helping me make it through the initial throes of facing the damage from the tree fall. She was able to get SERVPRO personnel out to our home that day to patch holes and begin the water removal process. The next day, a crew came out to cut up/remove the tree. SERVPRO then came back to place fans / dehumidifiers in the impacted rooms and return daily to check on the status of the damage mitigation. We called SERVPRO after finding water under the floors/carpet in our basement. It was an after hours call, but the team that showed up was professional and kind. They set up the fans and dehumidifiers and took a look around to help me find the source of the water. We determined that a plumber would be needed, but they left the equipment in hopes that the issue would be resolved quickly. Ethan Robinson showed up on day 2, and unfortunately, we had to pull the equipment after talking with our insurance agent since the source of the water was still unknown. Ethan was thorough in his explanation as to why these were the next steps even though it was very frustrating as a customer. He left me with his contact information and told me to call him once I had more information. He was very responsive whenever I had questions and made another visit to meet with my insurance claims adjuster. We didn’t have the outcome we wanted with the insurance company, but still, Ethan was extremely helpful. He gave me the information I needed to proceed in getting the damage repaired if we choose to utilize SERVPRO. The customer service we received from Ethan and his team was great, and we would certainly use them again.
We had a major flooding from an upstairs toilet that went through the ceiling into our living room affecting several areas of our home. Nicole at SERVPRO® answered our call and got a crew scheduled out quickly on the same day. Crew Chief Austin Perry and his crew worked for hours very quickly and efficiently to get all of the soaked and damaged material removed and the fans placed same day. Austin came by daily to do moisture checks and ensure that no mold was setting up, everything was drying properly and adjusting fans as needed. All damaged material including our personal items that were damaged, furniture etc were all hauled off. The fans have been removed, debris removed and ready for insurance to come inspect. We could not be more pleased with the service received from SERVPRO. They definitely made a very stressful situation a bit more manageable. Even our insurance adjuster was happy we called SERVPRO and raved of their work and service. Thank you Austin, Nicole and the SERVPRO crew for your service and professionalism, you definitely went above and beyond.
Pipe broke just before Christmas. They were here within in an hour and took care of the clean up and mitigation. Jacob and Nathan were very professional and they got us taken care of quickly.

Stanley and Naseem handled the upstairs water leak and successfully saved the hardwood floors saving the homeowner thousands. The crew was professional. respectful and courteous. Our two dogs loved them and also gave them a paw up. They rolled with some serious equipment for drying out the walls and floors. Highly recommend the company and these two members.
Stanley and Jacob were awesome. Polite, knowledgeable.... I could not of asked for a nicer twosome. Once we get the plumbing complete we will call them back for the renovation.
