When we had water damage damage in all except two (2) rooms in our home SERVPRO of Houston County sprange into action. They worked with our insurance company seeing that we were as comfortable as could be under the circumstance.
They quickly made the assessment of what would be required to put us back in our house.
The Staff and subcontractors seemed to go out of their way to ensure that we understood and kept us informed ot the process of the work that was being accomplished.
Although, our lives was being disrupted by having to stay in a hotel for weeks they put us at ease as if they knew exactly what we were going through.
