Leah was very patient and understanding; Michelle was amazing! We had been told the ceilings and walls were dry. Rather, Michelle tested and found that we were “saturated” in several places: guest room, kitchen, and dining room. They brought the equipment necessary to dry out my home; came and checked progress every day; and stayed with the job until we measured “dry.” It was very reassuring to have professionals take care of the water from the roof.
