My home flooded all night from a toilet mishap. We called SERVPRO immediately. They were there within an hour or so and worked for a week drying up the house, removing carpet, etc. They also carefully packed up 41 boxes of my valuables so they wouldn't be damaged when the 39 blowers were turned on. Not one thing (all fragile and breakable) was damaged when the boxes were unpacked - can't say that about the packing the movers did when insurance decided to remove almost all the contents. Jay, the onsite supervisor, was fantastic - very personable, competent, and showed a great deal of concern for me and my property. Reba, the office receptionist, was also very friendly, polite, kept me well informed, and handled any concerns I had promptly. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and service.
SERVPRO of Tallahassee did a great job from start to finish. A huge oak tree fell on my mother-in-law's house the night Hurricane Irma came through Tallahassee. Thankfully she spent the night with us that night. There were two huge holes in the roof and ceiling, rain water everywhere and insulation had fallen down on her furniture. What a mess! I called SERVPRO of Tallahassee immediately and they came the same day to start with their serious mitigation efforts. They had the carpet ripped out and the fans blowing to dry the walls. But in addition to the mitigation success, SERVPRO of Tallahassee packed up all her belongings, put them in storage for over two months, had her area rug cleaned and then moved her back into the house. I had no idea that SERVPRO of Tallahassee provided all these comprehensive services! As a final compliment, SERVPRO of Tallahassee worked exceptionally well with my mother-in-law's insurance company. Their detailed report and invoice were excellent and made the entire process very smooth and professional.

I am writing this letter to commend all of you for the great work you did for my mother-in-law, Virginia Dix... after a huge oak tree fell on her house the night Hurricane Irma came through town. Virginia is 95- years old and needed my help.. However, I could never have looked after her house and well-being without the help and assistance from all of you! I want to commend Reba. She was always very helpful and took time to answer all my questions along the way. He did a great job itemizing the invoices for the insurance company, USAA. Steve interacted directly with USAA.. Good Work! Finally, the process for moving Virginia back into her house went so well, thanks to your crew: Jay Jackson and Randolph. They both were great and got the move-in job done in less than 2 days. Jay and Robert came back to finish the final details she requested.. It was really impressive, the attention to detail. And, the way all the boxes were cataloged per room, to make the moving process smooth and organized. So, I will be recommending SERVPRO of Tallahassee every chance I Get! I sincerely thank you and appreciate you all for the comprehensive and professional job.
I could not be happier with the work performed. I called them at 6am, they were there by 7:30 and completed taking out the 3 inches of water from my home by 5. They came each day for the next 6 to check on the fans, drying the walls, overall care. They helped us feel better as the process continued. I loved them.
