General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

I got home and found water everywhere. My toilet had overflowed. I called SERVPRO and they were at my home within the hour. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything as they went about their business. It’s still a work in progress as this just happened yesterday, but I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. My workers were Larry, Andris, and Jr. Thanks, guys!

Sarah was great about communicating with me about the services, the date and time the services would be rendered and called me back when she promised. Her customer service was above and beyond. The SERVPRO onsite personnel was just as good as Sarah. Both of them were polite and respected our property.

"In today's world of service providers, you don't often get great customer service and actual work. SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach excels at both. We have a son that has an allergy to mold and that is unfortunately how we ran across this issue and ultimately needed help.

Cole and Mark swiftly yet carefully packed the items/furniture in our water-damaged rooms and moved them out for storage to start the drying process.

Chris, Levi, and Gabriel spent long days cleaning and securing the areas to ensure they would be dry and mold-free for our follow-up inspection.

Lenny and Andrii not only reconstructed the interior better than it was before the damage, but also demoed and reconstructed the exterior siding, also better than before damage, in addition to painting the exterior.

Brittany, my initial contact and remediation project manager, was always available for any questions (and I bugged her a lot). She was also outstanding at outlining the whole scope of the project, in addition to keeping us up-to-date throughout the entire process.

Jarod, our construction manager, was incredibly helpful regarding all of the options for the repairs to help save budget where we could. He also orchestrated the recon in an incredibly timely manner after there was a delay in our replacement window arrival.

They also photo documented every step of the entire process, and we were thankful for that effort when our homeowner's insurance (after denying our claim) required proof of repair, or our policy would not be renewed.

This team has very skilled, personable people, and we could not be happier with the great service they provided us to get our home back in a living condition. The ability to have the whole process monitored and performed by one provider(and at a reasonable price) saves the hassle of coordinating multiple companies/their schedules.

These guys very were responsive to dry out and mitigate the affects of a long standing kitchen water leak. Quickly demolished the affected area removing contaminated kitchen cabinets and dry wall. Removed all mold. Rebuilt the kitchen "Like it never even happened." John, Jesse, Valentin and Norbert were diligent, responsive and professional! They should all get bonuses as they represented the SERVPRO brand very well.

I truly cannot rave about this franchise enough. Important to note SERVPRO is a franchise so only base your decision on reviews of a specific location! That said, we had severe mold damage in our rental that we discovered after I began experiencing serious health issues. The mold was all "invisible" (behind walls, under floors etc.), so we needed experts to come help us locate the problem areas and figure out a proper remediation protocol that would not end up worsening the situation (be VERY careful who you trust to remove mold... NEVER use bleach on mold and never just cut it out yourself or you'll cause the toxins to disperse into the air even more). SERVPRO came in and quickly drew up a very specific and detailed plan for us for each problem area. They can either just do the remediation and/or the rebuild as well. They also enlist a third party for testing before and after to ensure all the mold is gone. Their office, Sarah, their head contractor, Norbert, and their project manager, Kenneth, literally went above and beyond every single step of the way. They called every single morning to let us know they were on their way and every afternoon with updates. They worked with us for any modifications or changes during the entire process and answered dozens of questions. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and when we had ONE small issue they completely re-did it no questions asked. They helped us every step of the way with insurance and found ways to save us money as well. I truly was sad to not have a reason to talk to their team daily anymore when everything was finished. If you ever need any remediation done, this is the company to go with! Thank you Sarah, Norbert and Kenneth for everything!
