Mike Webb brings an impressive 21 years of experience with SERVPRO and currently serves as Director of Business Development. With IICRC certification and more than two decades of restoration industry experience, Mike brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and a deep understanding of the needs of both residential and commercial customers.

For Mike, the most rewarding part of SERVPRO is seeing employees grow and prosper while providing an essential service to families and businesses during times of need. His passion for developing people and building lasting relationships has made him an important part of our team’s continued growth and success.

Lynette plays an important role in keeping the SERVPRO of Ocala team connected and providing the high level of customer service our customers expect. As a key member of our office team, she helps manage daily communication and ensures customers, team members, and projects stay organized from the first call through completion.

Lynette brings more than 10 years of SERVPRO experience to our Ocala team, having previously worked with a successful SERVPRO franchise in New Jersey. Her extensive industry experience, knowledge of the restoration process, and commitment to excellent customer service make her a valuable resource for homeowners and businesses throughout the Ocala and Marion County area.

Hanna Wilson has been a valued member of our SERVPRO team for 2 years and currently serves as Assistant Office Manager and JFC. Since joining the team, Hanna has advanced quickly, demonstrating a strong work ethic, dedication, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Hanna plays an important role in supporting our daily operations and helping ensure restoration projects move efficiently from the initial call through completion. DeTavious “Tay” Campbell has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for 7 years and currently serves as a Senior Crew Chief. Tay is IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified, bringing extensive hands-on experience and industry knowledge to water damage restoration and property damage cleanup projects.

One of Tay’s favorite parts of working in the restoration industry is having the opportunity to help people during times of need. He understands that property damage can be stressful and takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses through the restoration process with professionalism, care, and dependable service.

Tay’s experience, leadership, and commitment to quality make him an important part of our restoration team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—and when December rolls around, he also gets to celebrate his birthday!

Anthony serves as Senior Production Manager at SERVPRO of Ocala and brings more than 8 years of experience with our team. With extensive knowledge of the fire and water damage cleanup and restoration industry, Anthony plays an important role in ensuring each restoration project is handled efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail.

Throughout his years serving homeowners and businesses in Ocala and Marion County, Florida, Anthony has earned the trust of countless customers. Many have praised his professionalism, courteous manner, and commitment to providing exceptional service during what can often be a stressful time.

Sujan Roberts has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for 3 years and serves as our Gainesville Account Manager. Clark has been a valued member of SERVPRO Team Williams for 6 years and currently serves as an Estimator. With years of experience in the restoration industry, Clark understands the importance of providing accurate, timely estimates and helping customers understand the restoration process following property damage.

Kyle is a dedicated Mitigation Technician and an important member of our SERVPRO team. He recently reached an exciting professional milestone by earning his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, further strengthening his knowledge and skills in professional water damage restoration.

In his role, Kyle works hands-on with customers experiencing water damage and other property emergencies, helping with water extraction, drying, cleanup, and the mitigation process. Zee recently joined our SERVPRO team as a Crew Chief, bringing valuable restoration experience from another SERVPRO operation. He is IICRC certified and brings hands-on industry knowledge, professionalism, and a strong understanding of SERVPRO’s restoration standards to his new role.

As Crew Chief, Zee helps lead our technicians in responding to water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and other property restoration needs. He is committed to providing quality workmanship and dependable service while helping customers navigate unexpected property damage.

Josh recently joined our SERVPRO team as a Construction Project Manager, bringing valuable restoration and reconstruction industry experience from another SERVPRO operation. His familiarity with SERVPRO processes and commitment to quality service make him a great addition to our growing team.

In his role, Josh helps oversee property reconstruction and repair projects, working to ensure each job moves efficiently from the restoration phase through final repairs. Austin has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for 5 years, and during that time, his hard work, growth, and commitment to the restoration industry have earned him a well-deserved promotion to Crew Chief.

Meet Jack, the official mascot of SERVPRO Team Williams! While he may not be IICRC certified or heading out on restoration calls, Jack has an important job of his own—keeping team morale high and making the workday a little brighter.

Jack is always ready to greet the team, supervise office activity, and provide a little extra encouragement during busy days. He embodies the loyalty, friendliness, and team spirit that are such an important part of the Team Williams culture.

Whether our crews are responding to water, fire, storm, or other property damage, Jack is back at headquarters doing his part to support the people who make it all happen. He may be our smallest team member, but there’s no question that Jack is a very important part of the SERVPRO Team Williams family.

Jim has been a dependable member of SERVPRO Team Williams for 4 years and serves as a Construction Technician. His consistency, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship make him an important part of our reconstruction team.

Jim works hands-on with residential and commercial customers during the repair and reconstruction process following property damage, helping bring homes and businesses back to preloss condition. He understands that quality construction is only part of a successful project, which is why he places a strong emphasis on providing professional, courteous customer service throughout the process.

Joseph is a seasoned Crew Chief with more than 14 years of SERVPRO experience. He joined Team Williams 5 years ago after spending 9 years with a SERVPRO operation in Alabama, bringing extensive hands-on restoration knowledge and experience to our team.

Joseph understands how important a fast response is when customers are dealing with unexpected property damage. He is known for his dependable response times, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service throughout the restoration process.

Curtis is a highly experienced Production Manager who began his SERVPRO career at just 18 years old. Now, with more than 20 years of SERVPRO experience, he has built an extensive background in the restoration industry and has become a trusted leader within our production department.

Throughout his career, Curtis has gained valuable hands-on experience responding to water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and other property restoration emergencies. His deep understanding of the restoration process allows him to effectively lead production teams, coordinate projects, and help ensure customers receive timely, professional service when they need it most.
