My walls had recently been painted and the vents were painted over. So my big concern was someone removing the vents and ripping a strip of drywall in the process. Andrew assured me on the phone he carefully cuts around the vent's edge. And true to his word he did. Once the vents were put back on you could not tell they were ever removed. Andrew removed all vents, even those in my walk-in closet and washed them. He did not rush cleaning out the ducts. Very thorough. He cleaned up any dust or debris left behind. He then sprayed an antibacterial into the vents. The air now smells so clean and fresh. And the next day my stuffy nose was gone! I am 100% pleased with this service and the professional job Andrew did. SERVPRO of North Lauderdale/West Tamarac offers many other services like mold remediation, water removal, etc. If I ever need any of these services I will not hesitate to call Andrew.
I contacted Andrew because we did some remodeling and the dust was horrible. He came the next day to take a look at what needed to be done and was here the following afternoon. You’re in good hands. Had a STRONG cigarette smell in one of the rooms in my apartment. Called up SERVPRO of North Lauderdale/West Tamarac and Andrew and Dustin were so professional and kind. They cleaned the AC unit and all our vents and the house now smells GREAT! I’m so satisfied.

I would like to offer a word of warning. I had leaks and what looked like mold. I did not choose SERVPRO and went with another company that told me my insurance will pay for everything. Neither they nor I even know if I have mold coverage. They painted me a pretty picture and I bought it. SERVPRO tried to take it step by step but I chose the other company because I liked they were more aggressive. Now I am stuck. I should have gone with SERVPRO.
