April's career path led her to the bustling streets of New York City, where she harnessed her Sales and Marketing talents at National Cable Communications (NCC). There, she specialized in crafting customized advertising campaigns for major cable television providers, leaving a mark in the industry. In 2005, April returned to her Florida roots, accepting a pivotal role with Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum, including election-related sales and coordination with national and regional advertising agencies across the nation. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and strategic partnerships. Today, April, alongside our dedicated SERVPRO team, stands ready to serve our South Florida community 24/7, 365 days a year. Our owner Michael Panster ensures that no technician or member of our team goes into the field without extensive training and education in their specific niche of the industry, often extending beyond the qualifications and requirements to obtain their IICRC-Certifications, which is the organization responsible for quality standards and training through the restoration and recovery industry.
Though we have so many great attractions throughout our area that can draw people in like the Naples Zoo, The Baker Museum, and the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, we know that the greatest attraction to our area is our sprawling beachfront and sunny climates. With such a densely populated area with homes, condos, apartments, businesses, and municipal properties, we stay ready 24/7 for all potential emergencies and disasters that could affect your home or business.
As a locally owned and operated team, the same communities we serve every day are the ones that we live in too. We give back every way that we can to help better these communities, its people, and to help those in need far beyond disaster relief. Not only do we work with many of the associations and Chambers of Commerce throughout the area to maintain an understanding of the needs of local business and properties, but we also help with direct involvement in local fundraising and awareness drives for the MS Society and Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation. We also support organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters as board members and other projects where our time and resources can benefit Naples and its surrounding areas.
