What our
customers are saying
Steven and Kenny did an excellent job cleaning up a major flood in our office. They brought in huge fans to dry everything and a dehumidifier that continued to pull moisture out of the air for three days. They also deodorized the carpet to get rid of the mildew. Our entire team noticed not only the clean carpet, but more importantly, the odor free workspace. When they came to pick up the equipment, they tested the moisture levels and explained the outcome to me. They were incredibly professional and very kind.We did not know if this flooding/mildew could be cleaned up, but thanks to Steven and Kenny - it’s like it never happened! Thank you, ServePro for a job well done.
Luis was professional, competent, and very reassuring throughout the process; even when called for problem solving at 9pm!
We had a major water leak in our condo. I called Servpro of Boyton Beach. Mariana came out to estimate the job. She’s responsive and easy to deal with especially in such a stressful situation. She sent out the A team foreman Luis Lugo and Tresjuan. They set up de humidifiers and air scrubbers. They covered our tile floors and hung plastic to protect our belongings. All the demo proceeded in a timely and efficient manner. Everyday they showed up with a genuine smile and a happy to help attitude until they finished. We wouldn’t hesitate using them again! The team was very knowledgeable and professional as well as easy to work with. Give them a call.
I had two other companies tell me I had mold, but Eduardo came out and was completely honest, what I thought was mold damage turned out to be decorative cotton balls glued to the ceiling and dust. He saved me thousands of dollars by being upfront instead of pushing unnecessary work. More companies need someone like Eduardo with his integrity and genuine care for customers. Highly recommend, and if anything comes up in the future, I’ll make sure I go with this company again! Thank you Eduardo!
The mold remediation and reconstruction crews were awesome and professional. Everything was checked and rechecked. I highly recommend Mariana mold manager and Eduardo Yasellui project manager for work that needs to be done
Eduardo was very professional and prompt, would recommend to anyone
Eduardo Yaselli was amazing! We called with a major issue and he came running! Hopefully don’t need Servpro again but if we do need it, we will definitely call!!!
The Forman at my house was Luis. He was among the most focused, efficient and personable people I’ve ever worked with. He had a plan for every step of his work and kept me apprised as he proceeded. I cannot recommend Luis more highly.
