Our house got flooded, and we contacted SERVPRO of Bay County to help us. Trevor, Eli, David, and C came in and worked tirelessly for 10 days straight, always starting on time every morning. Water heater leaked upstairs to downstairs causing extensive water damage. SERVPRO was very responsive and had a crew out the next day. Tucker did an outstanding job setting a containment area, removing all of the damaged materials, mitigating any potential for mold, and ensured all areas were dried in accordance with industry standards.
